Rust & Dust currently ships throughout Canada.
We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled, including tracking details if available.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Canada): 2–8 business days, depending on your location

• Remote or rural areas may take longer

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping during promotions or for qualifying orders.

Delays

While we process all orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist in tracking it down.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
